OldtoLife ("we", "us", or "our") operates the OldtoLife mobile app and the website at https://oldtolife.com. This policy explains what happens to the photos you upload and the limited other information involved when you use OldtoLife.
1. Photos you upload
OldtoLife restores photos using AI models that run on our servers. When you choose a photo and a tool (restore, colorize, enhance, brighten, recreate, or merge), that image is uploaded to our backend and sent to the AI provider only to generate your result.
- Purpose: your photo is used solely to produce the restored image you requested.
- No training on your photos: we do not use your uploaded images to train unrelated models.
- No sale: we never sell your photos or share them for advertising.
- Temporary storage: your original and result are stored only as long as needed to deliver the result, after which they are removed from our processing storage. Results are also saved to your own device when you tap Save.
2. Information we handle
2.1 Information you provide directly
- Email contact: if you email us, we receive the address you send from and your message.
2.2 Subscription information
Premium purchases are processed by Apple. We do not receive your card number or Apple ID password. Subscription status may be validated through Apple and our subscription partner, Adapty.
2.3 Information we do not collect
- We do not require you to create an account.
- We do not build advertising profiles from your photos.
- We do not sell personal data.
3. How we use information
We use limited information only to:
- process your photos and return your restored results,
- respond to your emails,
- validate premium access, and
- meet legal obligations when required.

5. Storage and security
Uploads are transmitted over encrypted connections and processed on secured servers. We limit access to what is needed to run the service and to deliver your result.
6. Retention
- Photos: retained only for the short window needed to process and deliver your result.
- Emails: kept only as long as needed to respond or keep a useful record.
- Subscription status: retained by Apple and Adapty under their own policies.
7. Your rights
Depending on your local law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or objection. To exercise these rights, email support@oldtolife.com.
8. Children
The app is not intended for children under the age required by local law without parental involvement.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always appear on this page with the updated date.
